Abaqus equivalent to AutoCAD 'REGEN' command

Hi there,

I am creating multiple layers within a standard pipe (20 in this case). I am having problems when assigning the section to the specific material as the layers are messy and not in order. In AutoCAD you would enter the REGEN command which would increase the accuracy of the model and 'tidy' it up. Is there an equivalent command in Abaqus to solve my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please find attached image to help show my problem.
