Hi.
I have a question about the Abaqus CFD. I want to simulate a period of 6000s but the time increment is too small, it eventually went below machine precision and gave me an error. When i tried to use fixed time increment, it gave me an error saying that the accumulated error is too large and the energy/momentum equation may not converge. I'm not sure why this happened. It is a simple CFD model for natural convection. The geometry is a cubic. Initial conditions: T=20C,velocity=0,density=air density. Boundary conditions: top surface pressure=0(outlet), bottom surface is no slip and constant heat flux. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me with this.
Thanks,
Danny
