I would like to know a device that realizes the function of an ideal diode/OR-ing controller with the following parameters:

-Input voltage range from 2.5V
-Qualification: AEC-Q100

I have used the LTC4359 with good luck, but it is only rated down to 4V. You could check out the LM74610-Q1. They are both AEC-Q100.

You may get more responses on the Electronics areas, even though you are looking for Automotive rated parts.

Go to Digikey, and search for "OR Controllers, Ideal Diodes". That will start you with 583 possible devices. Then search for "Active" (you don't want an obsolete part) and start clicking the various "automotive grade" in another column. Have Fun.

Arrow has a bunch, down to 0V, apparently, and automotive.

I see that, for example, LTC4352 input only operates down to 0V if it has an external supply, otherwise the cutoff is 2.9V.
