A couple sketch questions.

1. Suppose I am supplied with a very complex 2D DXF in the XY plane (reproducing the sketch is out of question). But the sketch is in the wrong plane, so how do I rotate the XY sketch 90 deg about the Y axis? In other words I need to change the XY sketch to a YZ sketch. (Or any other 3d rotation)

2. Is there a way to rotate an entire part while editing the part in part (verses in an assembly)?

3. How do I copy a sketch (or elements from a sketch) from one part file into another part file.

1) Edit sketch plane
2) Rotate tool
3) Edit copy, pick plane or face and edit paste - whole sketch

I tried for hours to somehow rotate a 2d sketch in the 3d plane. I can't believe I didnt see the edit sketch plane and make that connection.
