A 519 Grade 4130 Procedure Qualification

Good Day All,

My company is being asked to qualify an A519 Grade 4130 WPS without the use of PWHT. It's for an offshore flowline. The specification of the coupon to be used is 6.625" Ø - 0.864" thickness according to ASME B31.3.

Does anyone here have any experience qualifying this material without the use of PWHT?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
