9V battery Low Voltage 1

I want to add low battery warming when battery voltage dropped to certain voltage. I want to know how low is consider a 9v battery is drying? My device current consumption is 150mA. thanks

Duracell provides detailed spec sheets for their products. Their website might be a good starting point.
