98/37/EC Harmonized Standard Approval/Effectivity

If a prEn draft standard has been approved and it is now in harmonization stage 6055, what does this mean?

Current status is shown as "Ratified" and it is listed as an EN standard in the CEN list of 'new approach' mandated standardization projects.

Does this mean it will be adopted as Ratified or can changes still be suggested to a committee?
