8ft tall Double-Wythe Brick Screen Wall (around pool)

Would anyone be willing to share drawings/details/specs or good resources(i.e. Vertical/lateral reinforcement type, typical pilaster spacing, footing sizes, etc.) for this type of wall as a starting point for me?

I know this type of wall is pretty close to industry standard in most places. I would double check foundation design and wind loads for my specific location.
