802.11n can use multiple spatial streams and OFDM to increase throughput. The specification ranges from 1 to 4 spatial streams.

Does anybody have an indication as to the degree of benefit from using a single parabolic-type dish and feeds with varying polarizations in a fixed, point to point link?

There is the obvious horizontal and vertical polarizations, but what about other polarizations? Should I consider anything beyond the usual horizontal and vertical?

Other than circular, what other polarizations do you think you can get?

I've heard of elliptical polarizations. I have no idea their viability.
