For 100% conc of H2SO4 CS is suitable.
What material is suitable for 70% Conc Sulphuric Acid.Pump(Impeller) and Piping.

Temp is 40°C.
Suction is from road tanker(open to atomosphere), it is to be transferred to storage tank of about 10 Mts Height.

Polymer-lined equipment will give the best combination of corrosion resistance and value for money at this concentration and temperature. PTFE/ETFE/PFA/PVDF will definitely stand up to the acid. PP is a cheaper choice which should also be resistant. I personally wouldn't use PVC or CPVC for this concentration.

You can use 3.3 borosilicate glass pipe line for piping .But you should check the pressure withstanding.This can work for 70% sulfuric acid for even higher temperatures.
You should discuss the same with industrial glass manufacturer like QVF.
