can anybody tellme which company deal with this type of low rpm ac motor ? anybodyhold stock of these babies on us or euro ?

This is basically just a 10 pole motor. 17HP is a bit odd, probably because of the conversion from it's original IEC 380V 50Hz design*. But if you need all the available torque, you could buy a 20HP, but if it was giving you more than you needed, you might be able to use a 15HP. Mounting may be an issue for you though, as it was probably metric and a NEMA motor will be US Customary System dimensions (inches vs mm). However there are plenty of US suppliers who will sell re-rated IEC motors like that, Brook Crompton is one that is(was?) widely available here, but you can get IEC frame motors from Siemens and ABB as well.

*If I had to guess, I'd say it was originally designed as a 380V 50Hz 10kW motor 10 pole motor. When you apply 480V 60Hz to it, it becomes 12.6kW because of the higher speed and same torque, then 12.6kW = 16.89HP.
