Hi,
Where can I purchase an ONLINE, 5 KVA, 1 Phase UPS with 12 V battery on input side? The batteries should be outside and back up time is required for 30 minutes.
In market they have machines with 192 V input and in some cases 48 V.

As Freddy points out you won't probably find one.

5,000kVA / 12V = 416Amps

No one is going to deal with 416Amps out of a 12V bank. The cables would be 2 inches in diameter.

Normally 2.3kW or less could be 12V.
Normally 2.4kW to about 3.0kW can be 24V.
Normally 3.0kW to about 6kW is 48V.

These are to keep the currents around 100-200A.
