5/16-18 Button Head Socket w/Nylon Pellet

I am trying to source a 5/16-18x1 button head socket screw that is self-locking. We have tried the hardware with the applied patch of thread-locking compound, but we have twisted the heads off a few during disassembly. I am wondering if anyone has a source for this size hardware that has a nylon pellet for the locking feature? I know I have seen them on set screws, but do not know if they exist on this size hardware as a standard components.

Badservo, these are the ones that have the applied patch, I am looking for a inserted nylon pellet instead. Thanks though.

I would like to give you some unsolicited advice. Thermoplastic polymer patches are practically worthless. If you can't reliably retain preload in your joint, use thread adhesive. There are many versions, from reuseable to never get it off.

So you are considering the Tek-Lok product (pellet), not the Poly-Lok product (patch)?

I think I've got fasteners from them before, but not with the patch or insert.

I just did a search for MIL-F-18240 and they came up.

My last place used the patch type to MIL-F-18240 (not from this supplier) on setscrews on aircraft stores.

Tried combining MIL-F-18240 with button head and didn't get much.
