430F SS availability

I'm working on a new solenoid project that requires parts made from 430F material (1-1/4" and 5/8" round). Does anyone know where I can get some? My purchasing people as well as outiside machining houses quoting on this project have no quoted due to this material not being available. I need some urgent help!!!.

You have to sign up, but they seem to have a tie in to producers and distributors. I just use it as a "quick reference". I can't understand why your people haven't found anything from the stainless distributors, here are two:

Fry Steel is a very good one we used on a regular basis from here in Florida.

I was using my old favorites list and for some reason I thought they had disappeared, like a lot of others, as I kept getting different indexes or lists. Works ok from your link and now from my address line and new favorites.
Thanks for the link, its like I found an old friend.
 
Besides Carpenter, the other steel producers we have used for 430F(R) are Ugine (Bedini) and Valbruna. If you only need a little then you are better off dealing with the distributors.
