Is possible to weld 410ss to 410ss without PWHT using austenitic E-309 / 309L or NiCrFe electrodes ?

The purpose of the weld in this case, is to join structural beams of 410ss that act as support of plates in the botton of an atmosferic distiller tower. I'm not a welding expert, so i'll appreciate any guidance you could give me.

Thanks in advance.

RDROD;
You could use an austenitic or Ni-base filler metals to join 410ss with no post weld heat treatment, under very specific conditions. These conditions are (1) the thickness of the base material is 3/8” or less AND the carbon content of the plates and members is below 0.08%. Because of the alloy content, 410 ss exhibits high hardenability and extreme care must be exercised for welding.

What is the thickness of the members and of the support plates? Also, more important, what is the carbon content of the 410 ss members and plates? If you do not know the carbon content(s), post weld heat treatment is required OR I would give serious consideration to using fasteners.
