Illinois D.O.T. doesn't have a detail for parking stops, but the Army Corps of Engineers does. Try their web site at cadlib.wes.army.mil/ . Look under CADD Details-civil-parking lots. The have Autocad and Microstation drawings. This site has many useful details.
