I'm relatively new to Pro/Engineer. I am looking to do a structural analysis of a free-form fiberglass structure. I have a 3D CAD drawing and imported it into Pro/Engineer. Is there a way to now apply loads to this structure, define surface properties, and do a stress analysis?? Thanks!!

This requires Pro/Mechanica Structure..

... and you will probably want to use the advanced mechanica version if you are going to consider the composite nature of the fiberglass.

The basic version of mechanica doesn't have that capability.

Does anyone know a good tutorial for this type of calculation?

I have Mechanica, I don't think it's the advanced version though.

can someone ban these ass-holes?

Agreed.
