3d note in model is suppressed!

We use creo to create MBD output (Model Based Design). It creates 3d pdfs with a step attached. Anyway the problem is notes in creo come in suppressed! Cant see them with show annotations on. The glyph in detail tree looks like attached pic. Any help?
