3d Instant Website Publisher Error

Everytime I attempt to publish with 3d instant website (in 06SP4.1 and 07SP1.1, {haven't tried on the other rig 06SP5.1 and 07SP2.1}) an unexpected error occurs.

This happens with any type of file I attempt to publish, and also with very simple or complex parts and assems. Haven't used this tool since 05. Wondering if anyone has ran into this? Is there a fix or something i'm not doing?

Try the file on another machine to determine if its file or computer specific first.
