Has anyone used 3D Hubs to manufacture CNC parts. They look quite cost competitive based on a quote we received from them.

Yes - we have ordered a good number of parts from 3D Hubs. The turnaround time is great and the pricing is incredibly competitive. I would recommend them.

What kind of tolerances can the produce to? +/- 0.01mm?

not sure off the top of my head - it may depend on the material. However, quoting parts is free and automatic - just upload the model and a quote is generated.
