One of my manufacturer for HOT Induction BENDS has requested for approving a Drawing for the following
Radius & OD Tolerances- Can we accept the same , if no what are the reasons
Standard bein Followed is ISO 15590-1
PRODUCT DETAILS - 3D , HOT INDUCTION BEND , SIZE 168.3 OD x 7.8 mm Wall Thickness with 250 mm Tangent on both end
Radius Requested for approval: R 457.2 mm
OD TOLERANCE AT BEND TANGENT ENDS : 167.46 to 172.86
