3D Annotations and Dimensions

Hello:

I need to create a dimension as an Annotation in Catia V5. I need the distance dimension between two edges of a slot as an Annotation. Does anyone know how to do that? I have 3D Functional Dimesioning and Tolerancing license but I am unable to do it.

Please let me know. Thanks.
