3Com Total Control Access server Please help DanielH or somebody

hello,
I have been trying to configure a 3Com total control Access server.The modems(Quad v.34 Dual STD Analogue/Digital aren't responding or answering to the rings.What may be the problem and how do I resolve it.

I have set the Dip swithes 3,5,8 to the on position. I am running the modems with the edgeserver pro.Can you please help?

Sorry Kwame. This is a bit beyond me.

Have you checked for IRQ conflicts etc? If the latest drivers aren't working, I suggest you give 3Com a ring...
 
i think you have to check the configuration at hiper arc card first you have to check the chasiss state and be sure that at owner colomn all the modems its owner are yes ,
use this command :
LIST CHASSIS

the result will be like this :
Slot Owner Description Ports Type Console
1 YES 30 Channel High Density Modem 30 DYNAMIC YES
2 YES 30 Channel High Density Modem 30 DYNAMIC YES
3 NO Gen. 2 V.34 Anal-Digi Modem NAC DYNAMIC NO

if the colomn owner is no yes for your modem cards no one will answeer and you have to change the owner state by using this command :

SET CHASSIS SLOT 1 OWNER YES
