Just a question.Recently we have installed a 33kV Shunt reactor to take care of the line charging currents of a 220kV line. There is a 220/33kv transformer that connects the HV and the MV. My question is given that the 33kV Circuit breaker chosen to switch the reactor has no point of wave will there be any overvoltages during switching?
