Can you come back with a little more of the conditions that you are considering for the exposure. Things like the enviroment, stess levels, and such.

I am not very sure how much is actual ppm required to be withstood. The material is going to be exposed to swimming pool water (My next question is how much chlorides is present in typical swimming pool water). The maximum temperature is ~ 185°F.

Pool water usually has 2-5 ppm of active chorine. A total choride load of 50-200ppm isn't uncommon depending on the source of the water.
185F is getting tough. That is plenty hot enough for CSCC to be an issue. You probably wont see see pitting unless you get some bad biofouling or you go above ~300ppm.
Cracking will happen. You should consider the duplex alloys (2003, 2101, or 2205) for the hot section of your system. At temps below 85F 316 should do fine.
