The code 30 CFR 250.804 (now 880, or about to change) is stating that we need to test our PSVs every 12 months, which put us on a difficult situation. This code is governed by BSEE and only applies to the US portion of the Gulf of Mexico.
Are any of you familiar with this code and/or any potential alternatives?
I was planning to propose the implementation of PRV's-RBI but one colleague brought me down on the ground with this code regulation.
