3 pass helical coil heater calculation

Hi every body,

Does any body know design criteria for 3 pass helical coil heaters? The important issues may be:
1- Inner coil diameter
2- Distance between inner coil and outer coil
3- distance between outer coil and the heater wall
Any document(s) or guideline(s) for calculation of this type of heater will be highly appreciated.
