3-D libraries of Electric Utility Equipment?

Does anyone know if thers exists for sale or otherwise any libraries of 3-d electric utility equipment? Transformers, Bus structures, Insulators, etc. I have been looking for a long time and have found none.

Possible Utility Symbols

I have not run across this in my searching for symbols. However, I did recently download some libraries from the REVIT site that had a lot of utility equipment. These are .rfa files which if loaded into REVIT could be saved in .dwg format.
