And, just think... you paid someone $150 for a book or CD that’s too fuzzy to read, unless you spend a couple hundred dollars more for an editing program, and a number of hours learning to use that so you can make your life easier, when that was what you thought you were buying in the first place, and didn’t get. Why not send it back, get your money back, and tell them to let you know when they come out with a readable edition, one that can actually be used, without a bunch of farting around.
