2015 WFCM Table 2.5A

I am in the process of reviewing a design that utilizes the 2015 WFCM.

One question I am having when reviewing table 2.5A is whether or not these wind loads are ultimate or allowable. The would appear to be ultimate based upon the fact that the table contians labeling indicating a 700-yr wind speed.

Does anyone know what type of loads are in this table?

I suppose I could just do the calculation myself, but that's just a bit tedious.

I take the loads to be allowable simply based on my impression that the entire document is meant to function in ASD space.
