2006 IBC Seismic Design Manual

I'm using some of the examples in the 2006 IBC Structural/Seismic Design Manual Volume 3 as validation problems for one of our software packages. My problem is that some of the building plans shown are incomplete and I'm having trouble matching drifts for example 3, SMF.

Does anyone know where I can find the complete plans that they used for the examples? How about a copy of the models that SEAOC used?
