2002 & 98SE

We have 2002 running fine on an XP desktop and 2000 running fine on a 98SE laptop.

The laptop is used for client presentations and we would like to upgrade to 2002 but when we try it appears to install OK but fails to run.

Any cluse?

if your are using norton virus protection it will not open. there is a patch you can get from autodesk to correct it.
