In my younger years I swopped the standard stainless steel reed valves on my Kawasaki AR80 motorcycle with a set of racing valves. I think these were made from a polymer of some type. I am currently developing a micropump which uses a similar valve design and would be interested in the mechanical properties of that material. Can anyone help?
