I just got it. I need some help before I plug it in. I can
post pictures.

It looks like a switch and two wires coming from it, but Im
not sure. Also there is an oil fill, but no level indicator.

It has not been run since the 1980s.

Any model no., brand or something like this?

Brunner pump, Honeywell chicago tank, century ele mtr. Square D ele box. Pressed steel tank milwaukee. 1956.

Specific questions.
1-there is an oil fill, but how do I check the level?
2-two wires from the mtr to that Square D box. Inside the box are two springs and some contacts. I can push the contacts and open the circuit. What is this?

I will check the motor and make sure its wired for 115 or 230VAC sngl ph before I power it up. Any other things I should do before?

2- That is an air pressure switch to turn the motor on at 80psi and off at 100psi.

Google Brunner. Quite a few hits.
