Any recommended cost effective coatings to extent life of investment cast turbines subject to abrasion and erosion?

Can you comeback with a little more information as to size and operating temperature and any other environmental conditions you have?

We also need to know what heat treat condition conditon your existing parts are. You have an alloy with good strength and corrosion resistance to start with. The application specifics are improtant.
