What is the equivalent of this material?
What does BF means in 16MnCrS5 BF?
What does TH means in 16MnCrS5+TH?

BF stands for BreitFlach;
It's german, meaning "large sheet"
+TH means "treated to hardness range"
meaning the steel has been treated to reached a certain hardness.

I wasn't passing judgement on your translation. The sheet has thee linear dimensions, and Breit refers to one of them, specifically the width.
