16ga Galvanized

Good evening,

At work we cut quite a bit of galvanized steel. We have 3 co2 Amada EMLK 3610’s and one EML-AJ.

The CO2 that we’ve reset back to the default conditions won’t cut 16ga galvanized cleanly. Focus adjustments don’t seem to do anything. Looking for some insight as to how the metal behaves from more experienced users. Seems like it’s over heating and leaving deposits on the bottom side. If pictures are required I’ll drop some when I get back to the shop tomorrow.
