Yes, it should work, as it supports OpenGL. I don't know how good it will work. It would be limited on a couple of things, if not more: (1) the number of Pro/E windows you can have open before the performance is degraded; (2) the complexity/size of your geometry/assemblies.
If you plan on running a Student Edition at the house, then it probably wouldn't be a bad card. If you are using it at a business and will be doing some serious work, then I'd suggest something better. IMHO.
