Anyone know of a 12 volt vibration switch capable of triggering relays?

Yes. Google 'vibration switch 12V" and undoubtedly you will find some. Yours is a very vague request, and so I can give no more than a very vague answer. More detailed requirements are necessary otherwise!

I'm sorry I was so vague. What I want to do is activate a relay only when the engine is running without tampering with the original wiring. Air flow switches, anything really that would activate only when an engine is running!

Most folks use an oil pressure switch, like a HOBBS switch to generate an engine run signal.

You can use piezo electric effect based vibration sensors which is available in the market.

What catserveng said. Use oil pressure to prove engine running. Proven technology. Been used for generations.
