Looking to replace a 45 KVA,12kV - 120/208V, 3-phase pole mounted transformer used for station service and am having trouble finding anyone who manufactures it because of the somewhat weird kV.

Looking to do a 1-for-1 replacement to save on time and engineering costs.

If anyone has any suggestions of a manufacturer it would be a great help.

A 2-1/2% tap below rated for a 12.47 kV transformer will get pretty close; if the substation runs above 12 kV (as is usual to compensate for line voltage drop) a 5% tap may be more appropriate. There should be lots of suppliers for 12.47Y/7.2 kV equipment.

Pole-mount 3 phase transformers are becoming somewhat rare beasts however. If you're in a hurry, it might be more expiditious to bring UG cable from the bus fuses down and place a conventional small 3 phase padmount nearby.

There are 12 kV systems in the US and transformers can be purchased with 12.0 kV primaries. I've done it.

I agree that 3-phase pole-mounts are not seen much - at least these days.

Replace it with 3-15 kVA, 7200/12470Y-120/240V Transformers on a rack. Those are easy sizes to get. Parallel the internal secondary windings between X1 and X3, connect it in Y and you have a 120/208V secondary.
