100in.lb torque torsion spring in small space????

i need a torque of 100 inlb and im limited to about a .5in mandrel inside an area 1in high by 2in. wide. does anyone know where i can find some information on making this work. ideally i would like to purchase an off the shelf spring, but i haven't found any close to meeting these needs. thanks
