§ 192.505 part b - pressure test boundary

The code below requires stations to be pressure tested to at least class 3 location requirements. What constitutes station piping? I'd assume everything downstream of the inlet valve, but I've seen nothing clearly defining that boundary.

"§ 192.505 Strength test requirements for steel pipeline to operate at a hoop stress of 30 percent or more of SMYS.
...
(b) In a Class 1 or Class 2 location, each compressor station regulator station, and measuring station, must be tested to at least Class 3 location test requirements."

Station boundary? Fence lines would be a good delineation point.
