    Can't reproduce in other assemblies, but it is consistent in this assembly. Oh well, I can get away with creating the plane in the part. Thanks for the suggestions. Matt

    No, there's a definite offset ~7/8". This is a plane created in an assembly. If I create the plane in the actual part, everything works as expected. Matt

    I'm trying to create a plane on a cylindrical surface. I know, pretty straight forward. However, the plan is created offset from the surface, and I cannot determine why. Has anyone run into something like this before? Using SW2005. Thanks, Matt
