Lets assume the item is formed at normalizing temp. and then held there for a time after forming. Results; time and temperature recorded on material test report.
Is this the same situation explained in ASME Section VIII Div.1 Fig.UCS-66 (g)(3)?

"Normalized rolling condition is not considered as being equivalent to normalizing"
Does it mean that if heads formed in normalizing temperature, can not be assumed as normalized.
