You can try Molex and Tyco(AMP). The hard part will be the RoHS compliance as connector vendors are scrambling to find suitable plastics that will withstand the 260 degrees needed during the PCB assembly process. Also try www.globalspec.com.

You can try www.barebonespcb.com (Advanced Circuits), or www.sierraprotoexpress.com . They both have on-line calculators for pricing. I have used Advanced Circuits before and they delivered a good PCB when they said they would.

I have seen the ground ring on boards on the past. They failed EMI miserably. They are a good antenna though. If you use the ground ring, break the connection so it doesn't go all around the board(maybe 3 sides). I have used these ground rings as a chassis ground and connected them to logic...
Does anyone know of a location where I might be able to find proper fiber cable handling guides? I am looking for SMF or MMF, with the minimum radius bends, etc.
