    Ok well I went though every connection point and curve in the structure and made sure everyone was coincident, there were a lot of them not, and still nothing... Is it better to have the setting on infer curves,connected curves, etc... Thanks Myke

    Makes sense but it doesn't sat interfering curves like it normally does when there is a problem. Also wouldn't it not create an outline(sheet extrude) of the sketch I wanted to extrude if there were gaps. Thanks, Myke
