    Can pipes be used??

    I wonder wether pipes can be used in Heat Exchangers(Boilers). Since pipes have got greater wall thickness than pipes, I guess they wont be efficient for heta transfer. But wat if pressure requirements r there?? Thanks for ur opinion :)

    Difference b/n pipe, pipeline & line pipe

    I m confused b/n these three terms but what I m sure of is these r not similar. My opinion is that pipe is specified only by its schedule, ND, whereas pipeline includes the fittings & flanges also. No clue abt line piping!!
