    Sheet Metal Box Bending DFM

    Hi All, Quick question regarding sheet metal bend DFM. I'm new to sheet metal design. Is attached design a doable with one piece sheet and bend + seal weld corners? Dim: ~40"x5"x1" with 14gauge SST. Many Thanks

    440C SST Magnetic Strength

    Hi, I'm trying to redesign and replace bunch of locating pins which currently are made of O2 Steel with 440C SST ones to avoid corrosion, Pins must be magnetic, wonder if anybody ever compared these two materials magnetic strength? Any idea in case 440C is less magnetic? How much? Thanks Allen
