    Z axis error

    Servo Drive Repair

    I have a Bystar 4KW 3015 laser and had servo drive fail 200 AMP 750RPM .I have replaced it twice over time with a used drive. I am reluctant to install the brand new one in case it fails due to problem down stream. Is there away of testing to see what caused the failure. Has anyone got any...

    Blow back when piercing

    I have Bystar 4kw 3015 laser.When pulse piercing 16mm mild steel the pierce blows out then on other occasions it pierces fine on the same job. Have increased the pulse time to 18s.Any Ideas?

    Air pressure error

    Hi , I have Bystar 3015 4kw laser. I have an air pressure message coming up on the HV unit .I have good air supply ,no leaks that I can find .I have checked the pressure on regulators on air supply unit and the regulators on the Resonator it is 6 bar.Any ideas?

    Hi Krugtech, I did find the fuses blown .Have changed them all is working now.I have not commissioned the machine yet I will get technician to do the final once over. I am trying to get as much done on my own.Next question when I turn the chiiler on ,on a hot day I get a high pressure alarm...
