Chamfer Along Portion of Edge
You could try creating a split line where the chamfer ends. Then use the Chamfer tool and select the edge that runs from where the chamfer starts up to the split line. .....Peter.....- PakRat

Any FEA is performed based on assumptions. The more assumptions, the errors possible. The "trick" is to understand the assumptions being made and their possible impact on the resulting analysis. Disable P4 Hyprerthreading?
